I'm from Japan and i know this might be a question similar to the others, but i would be appreciate if you can offer an answer to my specific situation.
I french kissed a gay man whom i do not know his HIV status, at that time i had a ulcer on my lips which hurts a bit, my kind of worry is what if that person happened to have a gum bleeding at that time? (I didn't taste obvius blood though, otherwise i won't have kissed him for long time) but if he did, would the blood in his mouth transmit the HIV virus THROUGH THE ULCER ON MY LIPS?
According to the doctors in my country (which i think may be a little conservative) there is a "little" risk.
I know HIV is not transmit by kissing, but isn't it more like a transmission by blood, would you describe that as a ZERO risk case?(because there isn't enough blood?) and do i need to get test for that?
Thank you for reading my question.
