What if the guy is all naked but wearing his undies and slides his body on top of other guys *** and he comes....is the guy he slides onto is at risk ? Ofcourse the the fluid could penetrate through his underwearand touch the other guy ***...

Yea but it wasnt really frottage he was sliding his body on top of my azz and he might have comed in his undies which wud have touched my azz...and since it was close contact there would be no air well it wud be but not that much
