Semen on stomach, wiped off then wiped penis, hiv?

So me and another man were masturbating each other, he came on my stomach then about a minute later i came on my stomach as well.  I wiped it all off with a paper towel and then stupidly wiped the tip of my penis.  He states he is hiv negative but if he lied and was positive, what are the chances i contracted HIV from getting his semen in the tip of my penis.  I peed (2 little squirts) about 3 minutes after.

I've been paranoid all morning, crying and throwin up.

mutual masturbating is not a risk for hiv transmission even if there were some ejaculate on the hand..
you dont have hiv concerns..
move on dont think of hiv

If for some reason he was infected, his infected semen would have to have made its way into your urethra ... getting something into a urethra is pretty difficult especially if you were just wiping off. Unless you were masturbating with his semen, I really don't think you have anything to be concerned about.

I hear so much conflicting information on the net.   Some people say that it can live in semen for 5 minutes to a few hours.  If this is the case, couldn't the semen that was resting on my stomach still have active virus and have been inserted in my urethra through the wiping?  This will be my last question. The reason i ask is because of the wide variety of things i read on the net.  Thanks again for your help and sorry if it sounded repetetive.

it can transfer to the mucous membrane of the urethra or the inner part of the foreskin only through unprotected anal/vaginal intercourse..
another way of transmission is through sharing of needles with an infected person..
and lastly through mother to an unborn child..

So how does it normally infect through the lining of the urethra..like if a penis is inside a vagina or anus and it works its way in there ...sorry im just being inquisitive.
