worried to ruin my relationship with my girlfriend, because of one stupid night

Hello there,
Please I need your help here, I am so worried and the anxiety is killing me.
I am 27 years old. My story started two years ago when I was single , I had an unprotected vaginal intercourse with sex worker, ( it was my first and only sex experience), that was not my plan at all I wanted to be just oral but one thing led to another and we ended up doing it. the girl asked me if I am having any Std history but I answered that its my only sex experience. I have had tested for HIV or any other Std, I was and still afraid to do so.

The problem is that I just met a girl and I like her so much , she is great and I dont know if I should tell her about my story or not,

Please help me, Im always worried so much about what I did and what should I do with my girlfriend.

You have spent 2 years of your life in terror. Think about that because below are your options and the right choice is pretty easy to decide on since people who choose option 2 are the reason HIV keeps getting spread.

1. Take a test and end the misery forever, and live a normal life and simply tell the new girl you have tested negative and want her to test too before you start relations. It doesn't matter what your plans were before, you had vaginal with a sex worker and there is no reason to divulge that to the new girl if you have tested negative for HIV  -  I don't think she wants to hear about your past sex life other than you are tested..

OR

2, Don't test and continue to worry forever and take chances with this new girl who you can't ask to test when you are frightened to do so. Of course you have to tell the new girl that you are terrified to test because you had an HIV risk.                                          That means  you will create a new potential HIV transmission from or to her. If you do this option 2, what are you going to tell the new girl  -  that you might have HIV but don't worry she should just take a chance with me untested because I am too afraid to find the answer?
