0.1cm fresh cut reopen from a dead skin

13 days ago, I had a 0.1cm cut that was reopen from a dead skin on my elbow. A small drop of blood then appeared showing sign that it was not fully recovered. The same day, I did not wash my blood away and had skin contact with a stage 3 AIDS person. He was sweating a lot and I believed a big drop of his sweat had dripped into my blood. There were no injury on him and my cut was not a deep one. After 30 mins, I wash my blood away and observed there were a reflective layer of skin on it. Since then, I had been experiencing on/off mild soreness on my body but mostly on both of my legs. My body temperature also tend to range from 36.8 - 37.2 degree celcius while my neck often felt warm and stiff when sitting upright. Today a mouth ulcer grew on my left gum and when I lick it, there is a sharp pain. Are ars symptoms starting on me?

On the 6 day of exposure, I was spitting out clear mucus with traces of light Color blood. Did an X-ray scan and was clear from TB. It recovered later after sucking a few throat lozenge. Had did a x Ray scan for TB which was negative.

This morning I woke up and experienced the same thing. Now I am having dry throat together with the above said symptoms. Please help.
