Good day,Questions for my brother...blood in the fight???

I apologize if the question is stupid..:)
My younger brother(17 old) is watching Fight some people...some blood fell on his shirt...
is there any danger if the drop of blood, inflammation of the eye or mouth?
I think he becomes paranoid:)..it does not get HIV...

No risk. Exposure to air would have rendered the virus(if any) null and cannot infect.

if a drop of blood ejected in the eye for a few seconds..
sorry for Bad English...
the human eye has a very good reflex mechanism, it would have closed even before the blood entered. Even still, there was no risk.
