only 2 of a 100 csw have hiv (2%), and if you practice unprotected sex with an hiv + person the chances of geting infected are 1:2000 and if you are circumcised there are 60% less chances?

Chance or odds dont make a difference in HIV, It only takes one time to be infected. Dont play the odds game with something like this.
