HIV Concerns

Hi everyone,

First of all thanks for everyone will answer.

I had protected sex with a girl ( unknown HIV Status) and I fingered her also I received oral sex,
I French kissed her and sucked her boobs.

I got tested after 4 weeks for HIV and was negative.

now after 8 weeks I have noticed lymph nodes enlargement in one side of my neck and some times
Meld diarrhea for 1-3 days.  

How big chance that I catch HIV and dose the lymph nodes enlargement is strong symptoms for HIV
In this case.

Also I had enlargement in the other side of my neck but the was before I had sex with this girl.

I have so much worries.
