Unprotected anal
Hi, the other night I was realy drunk and did something extremely stupid I had unprotected anal sex with a sexworker that I picked up of the streets. I do understand this puts me at great risk I take all advice and help from you how to deal with this situation.
Is there any possibility to get a test earlier then 4 weeks ? how big risk did I put myself in ?

I have been looking for a possibiliy to do a Hiv-pcr test in 10 days but its seems inpossible so I might have to wait the 28 days,
So i have seen some different numbers for catching it ranging from 1 in 100 to like 1 in 500 when it comes to giving anal sex
I have considered PEP but it is realy hard to get here so I basically ruled that out since its a weekend so Im unsure what they would do If anything since its not a known HIV positive person
