HIV Fear From Precum On Raw Cut

I am from India. The other day I met a gay man in his 50s and I started playing with his ****. I masturbated him with my thumb and index finger for a few minutes and I felt something sticky which I suppose was his precum. He did not ejaculate but I freaked out when I learned that there was a small cut on the side of my thumb which was due to cutting the skin with a nail cutter from hang nail. The cut was 24 hrs old but it was deep that it hurt a lot and I could see the red inner skin. More to my worry it was oozing liquid so you can say it was still fresh and wet. Taking all this into account, if his precum landed on my fresh wet oozing cut and if this guy was HIV + what are the chances of me getting infected. I am getting paranoid thinking about this whole scene over and over again. What worries me is that since the wound was oozing is it not a direct pathway to the inner bloodstream? After about 30 mins from the incident I pressed this wound hard to check and when I did so few tiny drops of blood came out too. So I would like you to ***** my risk regarding this whole incident.

You had no risk.  Handjobs don't transmit hiv, with or without cuts. No has been infected by masturbating another person and you will not be the first one. Any bodily fluids which are exposed to air are noninfectious.

OK thanks a lot. Just one more question. Mine was a no risk situation because my cut is considered as not fresh and actively bleeding or because the precum was exposed to air so rendered non infectious? My cut was wet and oozing liquid and when I pressed it hard after the incident two tiny drops of blood came out. So was it not fresh and bleeding?
