HIV/HEP C Risk? Please help? Really worried.

Hello. I know that I have posted many questions previously in regards to HIV and Hepatitis C transmission. I have learned a lot about the transmission rate and have become more educated in the realities of transmission. I haven't really had any OCD bouts with it, but I do have some concerns if someone could try and help me? I would greatly appreciate it!

Anyways, recently I have taken up Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Boxing, Wrestling (Mixed Martial Arts). During training, we suffer some injuries.Usually that include injured hands, feet, split toes from the mat, mat burns and some rashes. Every now and then someone will end up bleeding, which they are usually removed from training until they quit bleeding and are bandaged up. My concerns are that the HIV/HEP C statuses are unknown. We are not required to submit a blood test prior to training. Our mats are red in color, so it would be hard to see any kind of blood.

My question is, what are the chances of contracting HIV/HEP C from wrestling, boxing and everything if someone had HIV/HEP C? What are the chances if they accidentally got blood/sweat/saliva on the mat and I stepped in it when my toes are split. What are the chances of contracting either if their blood/sweat/saliva got in my eye, mouth or small cut? I know I may sound crazy, but I love doing this sport and I just want to know the risks and what I can do to avoid being put at risks.

Thank you in advance to anyone that can help me out. I greatly appreciate it and would like an educated answer!

This is the HIV forum. So, I can tell you it is no risk for HIV. It can't maintain infectiousness outside the body.
