HIV I & II test values

Hi Doc,
I received a BJ from a party friend of mine approx 11+ weeks back  and I did HIV I & II screening(ELISA) from INDIA.the result is non reactive (they mention the cut off value as 0.644 and the test value is 0.311)
I m concerned about the value, as some web sites says the cut off value as .281...... why its like this?? (is it coz the 0.644 is the Indian standard?)
As I did the test after this long time and got the negative (non reactive) result, do I need to repeat the test or do any advanced test???

Please please answer my questions about the test value and the HIV window period......

There is nothing to discuss, you never had an exposure.

Thanks a lot Teak,
Can you clear my one doubt??? What is that difference between the cut off vales (.644 mentioned in my test result and as .281 in web sites)

also, what about the window period (11+ weeks) I maintained?
