HIV INFECTION

i had unprotected sex about six weeks ago with a lady...who had a very active sexual life with about 9 guys....
i just moved to europe 5 weeks now and its very cold here and as such have been feeling feverish with little headaches which i think it caused by the weather in UK. Also have been finding it had to remember things.. am yet to show any other symptoms related to HIV. i have had a test and i still show negative...please tell me it six weeks now is the result true.....

This discussion is related to possible exposure to HIV symptoms and window period.

i had severe body temperature and after taking flu pills it had subsided.this is the only symptom of fever and feverish condition i have had.no rashes, cough, sore throat or swollen lymphs.
i was told HIV post infections is from week 2-4 and last for about 1-2 weeks and they go by their own.
this is the last days in week 6 after exposure.
