CDC AND WHO guidelines cover third world countries. If you will do a little research you will find the locations of the CDC in Africa. There are no new types. HIV has two types; HIV1 and HIV2.. Groups are not types.
i read it but thats for the US , i was in the third world and got exposed there-does the FDA research accross the world or its an internal thing cos the situation in Africa is different from our own-all sorts of new types come from there, hell HIV 2 originated there and thats worrisome what does USAID say they are American do they agree with what FPD is saying ?

I did a finger blood drop rapid test and it was negetive -these a guy who is claiming that in South Africa the window period is 9 months.Should i wait out nine months?is there a new type of hiv virus found in South Africa?, there will be having the soccer world cup there if its a new hiv it will spread far and wide.
You need an ELISA test. DNA PCR is used to monitor the viral load (amount of HIV virus in the blood) of those already diagnosed with HIV. Those with HIV diagnosis can have an undetectable (negative) viral load, but they still have the virus.
Wrong test. PCR DNA tests are monitoring tests not diagnostic tests.
