HIV Oral Rapid Test Results and Chewing Tobacco

Last year, my ex and I both took rapid hiv tests orally. They both came back negative, but my concern is that he was chewing tobacco about 5 minutes prior to taking the test. Would this affect the validity of the results? Thanks

Doubt it but ask the manufacturer. Also make sure it was long enough from the last unprotected vaginal or anal sex for the test to be definitive. Oral doesn't count because it is not a risk.

It was an HIV ORAL test, we had unprotected sex.
I meant what kind of unprotected sex? oral or vaginal.
vaginal.
ok, that was a risk so ask the manufacturer for his time window unless it is on the package.
