HIV - Piercing Risk

I will make this short, I was kissing a guy two years ago and I had a piercing in my upper chin (spike jewellery) the guy had a nose bleed, I went to the bathroom and cleans the blood off, two days later I was playing with my baby brother and he cut his gum off of my piercing...I thought nothing of it at the time. It's two years later bow and my brother gets persistent coughs, is this a sign of HIV?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child

Lol. Well, your username is correct ("Worrier"). Do you know how hard it is to transmit HIV? No there is not a risk that your brother got HIV. I honestly suggest that you learn a little more about how the disease is transmitted.
