needle scratch

respected sir,


Iam in a dilemma, 2 days back i went to blood drawing lab in the hospital.iam a trainee in medical laboratory techniques and saw the procedure of blood drawing on HIV person after 2 hours i saw a sharp cut on my palmar aspect of my 3rd finger of about 1.5cm in size with sharp edges.I dint felt pain.But iam in a dilemma whether blood drawing needle got scratched. I dint see  whether the needle touched my skin or not and dint felt pain too.is that a needle injury?

sir this was my last question kindly answer.
my cut was similar to the picture link attached which pierced my skin on finger of 1.5cm.is that a needle scratch?

sir, the needle went beneath the skin like a sharp cut of 1.5cm in size.so it is a big injury?

yeah i have seen the procedure but not fully.Is that happened when iam looking other side? but iam unaware that something hitting me and not even felt pain ,is that happens?
