HIV RISK

1 I'm a 24 yr old male who lives in the europe, i got my HIV test negative result at exactly 91 days (13 weeks) after exposure (unprotected vaginal). Two questions:

. Is my 91 day exactly negative ELISA test result considered conclusive under the CDC for the United States?

Should i have waited at least a day longer (92 days) for cobclusive?

2 I went to the barber recently and realised he uses a non-disposable razor i.e. the razor he used to trim the back of the neck and my sideburns are the same he probably used on prevous clients. i did not see him clean it in front of me, just picked it up from the table. Is there an hiv risk and would you recommend i get tested?
3 I had deep kissing with a guy of unknown sexual history.I got a wound on a lip at 11 am in morning. It bleed for 5-10 mins and bleeding stopped.I deep kissed guy on same day evening at 5.50 pm.Am I at HIV risk? Do i need to any test? if yes which one I should?
Replywhy are doctors who recommend a test at 6 months?all the tests I've done in a public hospital in Italy.
I did 5 tests ab ag p24 for 93 days, I'm afraid to false negatives.you advise me to do another 6 months or so I put feel comfortable?thanks

Your test was conclusive. You don't have HIV and you do not need any further testing.
