HIV Risk, Please help to advise

Hi All, I was having party with few friends who always spend most of the time with girls sexually. So I suspect they might have HIV possibly. In the party, we were sharing food from same plate where every one are eating with hands only. While I was chewing food I bites my lip inner part skin and was bleeding heavily, Since I was in drunken mode, I continued to share the food even there was bleeding since i was inner lip. Can you please help to advice if there is any chance of HIV Risk if the food which I have shared with friends(Saliva) Might infect HIV ?

Please help to advive. I am having wife and kid and living a happy life. Please help on this. Also let me know If i need testing or shall I proceed to have a good sexual life with my wife without any hesitation.

Thanks a lot in advance.

@Luisato the chance of unprotected vaginal sex is for a man much lower aprox 1/2000 and Females have around 1/1000 chance. So not zero but very low, most infection currently within hetero's are from anal sex or very often exporture sex with a hiv+ partner(Who doesn't use medicines)

Hiv once exposure to air or in saliva it will be not effective and unable to spread .. hiv very difficult virus to catch even with unprotected vaginal sex the ratio is1/100 but not means to do that may u will lucky or u will be the one whos catch .. in ur activity u have zero risk for hiv .. u may have other std's like herpes or clamidia

Do you think you are the only person in America with a bit lip who ate food? Some people have giant cuts in their mouths and eat food in restaurants served by people who have HIV.
No adult gets it from any activities except shared needles, unprotected vaginal or anal unprotected. That risk list doesn't have food listed.

If HIV could be spread by food everyone in America would have it from restaurants, and there would at least be news whenever it happened.
