HIV Risk and symptoms

Hi everybody,

First of all I am sorry first my English, is not my first language.

I've had several encounters with sex workers and I am afaid of having HIV.

1. 3/4 encounters in past 2 months (from mid february to 7th of April) were unprotected oral (Fellatio), I was the receiver and protected vaginal sex.

2. In January I've had from I how i know the riskiest encounter, unprocteted oral (fellatio) and protected vaginal penetration but during the sex the condom almost  slipped off several times but I've pulled it till to the bottom of my penis, and in the end of vaginal intercourse when I've pull off my penis the condom remained in vagina. From what I know the foreskin and penis urethra were covered by condom almost all time of intercourse. After that the partner (sex worker) managed to remove with finger the condom from her vaginal and after that she masturbated my with the same hand.

I've had chlamydia, syphilis, Hep B, C around 2 weeks after that intercourse. - negative.
At 52 days mark (20 march) from the "riskiest" intercourse I've had HIV Duo 4th Gen Abbot - negative.

Also after first analysis I've had antibiotics, pills with a large spectrum of bacteries because I've had a small pain and disconfort in penis.

I've had the following symptoms:
- tingling in finger of hands. ~ around 2 weeks from mid feb till march
- oral thrush, from lab analysis is candida albicans from mid march till now.
- small joint pains (wrist and legs)
- itchy skin, same period as tingling. but itchiness for a small period of time, 3/4 seconds and disappers, from that point.
- rediness in hands, sometimes my hands are soo red so a small period of time. ~ 4-5 minutes.
- no fever, sometimes febrile (~ max 37 C)
- no rash all over the body. !

I am worried abount candida which is persistent, and I am currently on diet.
I've plan to have a new full HIV DUO and STIs check at 4 weeks mark from last intercouse. ~ 5 may.

You had zero risk because you used the condom. Oral is not a risk. It doesn't matter how many times you add up zero risk encounters, the sum is still zero.
You can catch std even when you use a condom, so you might consider the std forum for that.

Can burning hands and redness also of hands is related toate HIV ?
Kindly reread my advice until you understand it, instead of rephrasing your question for no useful purpose.
Yeah but the condom "alsmost" slipped  off.
Only the head has to be protected so if it didn't come off then it must have covered the head, which would mean there is no risk.
Try to relax because then all your imagined symptoms will disappear, but if you can't then see a therapist. Or see doc if you are sure you have a problem but don't waste your and his time discussing HIV, because you don't have it.
