are there any hiv risk from my 5th unprotected oral?

Last 5 days was my last time receving unprotected oral. As usual i felt a bit of pain or tingling at the tip of my penis, bcs i received oral sex from a smoker and it will be gone in few days. 3 days later i felt a bit of discomfort in my lower throat, then diarrhea, but now it already stopped. I also feel a bit of disconfort behind my ears, under my ears. My tongue is feeling kinda strange too i started to think that this is hiv. I know so many articles said that hiv is so hard to be spread through oral sex. But what if I did oral sex multiplr times? I also didn't known if there was a cut or anything in the woman's mouth. Am i at risk of HIV? Please reply I'm freaking out

Oral sex is not a risk for HIV because it is inactivated in saliva and air.  The only way to transmit HIV is through unprotected vaginal or anal sex or sharing of IV drug needles.

Your symptoms are your over-active imagination. A smoker does not have different sensation that non, but you said as usual" so you are not separating the reality from your imagination.

The same thing is happening when you think you have HIV then start thinking you are feeling "HIV symptoms"
   -      you think they will occur, then think they did occur, but they didn't actually occur.
Thank you for all the answers. It is sucks being such a hypocondriac. Especially caused by lacking of infos about these kinda stuff. I'm feeling much better now. Once again, thanks a lot.
Good to see that you are comfortable with the info.
Regarding HIV, the best thing you can do for yourself now is to stop looking for more info since you now know it. That means no Googling for HIV symptoms next time something twitches, itches or ouches.

If you accept the science and relax any of your psychosomatic symptoms will disappear and you can get back to your normal life.
