HIV Scare

Five months ago I had an encounter with a woman I met on line (she was not a sex worker). An older woman who lived in a trailer and who at this time homeless who's sexual experiences are vast. I asked her several times if she was clean of any and all sexual diseases and she assured me that she was "clean." She went as far to tell me that she was tested last November when she had a SSS infection. We started with unprotected oral sex on each other. I went down on her for awhile and very vigorously sticking my tongue in her vagina and and using my cracked fingers which were also inserted into her vagina. I then put on a condom and had protected vaginal and anal sex with her for 20-30 minutes switching from each orifice. The room was warm and knowing how moronic I was being (already having a girlfriend) I lost my election slightly a couple times(not fully) loosening the condom slightly but never coming off. She finished and I never climaxed. I took my penis out and as I did the condom was clearly hanging out of her vagina. I pulled it out and left. My guilt and stress has been eating away at me and it's been relentless. I have shown no symptoms (or at least I don't think I have) except for the occasional back of the head pressure that started a week ago and yesterday I noticed that my right hand and part of my forearm felt like it was tingling very slightly as if it was asleep. This happened once and went away and it did the same thing todayand I read that tingling hands is a symptom of HIV. I'll be tested I a week after being terrified of going. I know I posted the same encounter five months ago but I guess I need a little reassurance or if any data has changed about the probability of getting HIV. So ill ask again, what are my chances of getting HIV from this one episode? Please, I'm very stressed.

I'm not looking for a specific number just if my encounter was high/low or no risk. Having a burden like this when it is difficult to take the measures to get tested shouldn't be answered "just get tested" people on this board are scared and would like to coddled a bit.
