HIV Symptoms severity

During ARS how severe will be the symptoms of HIV will be ? Since most of the symptoms of HIV are same as what we get with change in climatic conditions or Anxiety/Stress related or change in water or food what we intake.

how HIV symptoms differ from these ? For General knowledge I want to know how this differs from normal day to day health issues.

Thanks Vance, Severity means on a scale of 1 - no sign to 10 - High.
If they appear as an expert advice how you will rate. Not particular to 1 symptom I am asking in general From internet what I learnt almost 75% of peoples will get symptoms. As far I know if symptoms do occur it wont be 1 or 2 symptoms. It will be a combination of multiple symptoms . Am I correct ?

We don't speak about symptoms for the most part because lack of or symptoms will never tell you anything about HIV and not everyone will get symptoms.
