HIV Test Blood Donation
9 days after my last sexual contact to my girlfriend I donated blood. Yesterday my girlfriend told me, that she had unprotexted sex with another man. Since our last sex before the blood donation we did not have any sexual contact.
My questions are now.
- The blood donation company told me that the blood is tested with PCR-HIV. Is this test conclussive after 9 days, if there was a risk?
- Do I have to inform the doonation company about my problem?
- Should I be retested?
