HIV Test Uncertainty

I had unprotected vaginal sex with a girl I met (not a csw), couple of weeks later, i got all types of symptoms, white dots on my tongue with a very bad breath, severe headaches, fever, nausea & diarrhea. took a rapid antibody test (finger test) at 9 weeks, was negative. took another Elisa Duo test at 11 weeks and 13 weeks also negative. took a full hepatitis test (A,B,C & E) on week 10, all negative. was admitted to ER to to fever and abdominal pain, did CBC, ultra sound, CT scan for my abdomen, all was normal. 13 weeks after, im having red bumps all over my chest and hands, which comes and goes, im having a low grade fever, and the yellowish white stains on my tongue did not go. I am always tired even if i get lots of sleep.
question is, even though i went into every single details of HIV testing, and i know for sure that the test @ 13 weeks in conclusive, but for a reason i feel the urge to go and test again. are my tests inclusive for HIV at 13 weeks? what is the window period to test for Hepatitis B & C. are my current symptoms (13-14) weeks after exposure related to HIV risk in any way?  Many thanks for your help!
