HIV Testing at Home

Hello guys, congrats on the great job you are doing here.
I have a couple of questions:

1. Is there any test i could buy to diagnose my HIV status at home that has been FDA approved and posses a high degree of reliability? If so, which one?

2. Is it possible to buy it over the internet, in a discreet package?

Any pointers towards the right direction would help me with this issue.
