HIV Transmission..

I had most recently recieved a HIV rapid test 90+ days a rather "high-risk" exposure, but foolishly I slipped up with 2 sexual encounters since my negative result.
1) I received and gave oral sex to a friend of mine WITH ejaculation. I have read up on this, and from what I gather.. it is low-risk? I suppose I would just like some confirmation that if I did NOT test after this incident, it would not be ingorant of me?
2) Mutual masterbation with a guy I have been recently seeing.. He was on top of my and ejaculated a few moments before I did through masterbation alone, but I believe that some of his semen was around my genital area before I climaxed. I think I know that this could not be viable for infection, I suppose I just thought I would ask to be sure.

I would like to know- If I do not test after these incidents, will it be okay to assume that I have remained HIV-?
For the past year of my life, I have experienced too much health-related anxiety, some reassurance that I am currently protecting myself as much as I can would be appreciated.

There is no debate (among experts) about the HIV risks associated with oral sex. The risk is so low that almost nobody who cares for HIV infected patients has ever had a patient believed to have been infected that way. Among experts, it's a semantic issue about using terms like "no risk" and "very low risk". There is no difference between my or Dr. Hook's use of "low risk" and other experts' "no risk".

Because its theoretically possible which never happened in real life.... So they always say low risk and never say no risk.... U don't have any risk....

Thank you for the reply, and also thank you for what you do on this site.
I suppose I am just confused as to why so many people have told me that oral sex is a "low-risk, but not no-risk!" activity, when in the 'real' world, it does not seem to make much of a difference?

You didn't have a low risk, you didn't have a risk at all.
