HIV and body fluids
I know this is a childish question but can HIV live in urine or feces? of so, how long? This will sound so gross but my two daughters were sick with the flu and we went to the ped. Office two days ago and it seems a little boy had an accident and they were slow to clean it up in an over packed waiting room. We could have walked through the urine but I do not believe my daughters touched the feces, I showed it to a nurse that cleaned it with an alcohol wipe.
I'm sorry I don't know much about HIV and looking it up on Google always seems like a bad idea. Any information is appreciated. I'm only looking for facts.
