HIV and plaque

If an hiv person was to spit plaque in your mouth accidently and without you knowing you swallowed or chewed it could you get hiv

sorry for continuious asking but im such a paranoid person that i have to have a clear answer, so basically theres no hiv risk, and i should just stop worrying

yes the white stuff that build up on teeth, you no how some people feel like they have something in there mouth and they spit it out and you may have your mouth open and it flies in there and you think its old food that you eaten and you chew or swallow it.

Is there a risk or a person should not worry

Plaque...your talking about the stuff that is found on teeth right, that you brush off. How is someone going to spit that in your mouth?
