HIV and small cut

Hello,
I am extremely worried and here is the reason why. A week ago I had sex by a woman, who I know had several partners in the last years. In one of my conversations with her she told me that she was tasted for STD-s and HIV about 2 years ago, and all the results came back negative.
Anyway, I had protected sex with her but on the base of my penis, just right where the scrotum begins I had a cut. This cut was 24 hours old, still in the process of healing (there was small, brown crust covering it). Even if the sex was protected with this woman, the place with the cut was not covered by the condom, it was totally exposed. At some point that area probably came into contact with the begging of her vagina or some vaginal fluids.
What do you think about my exposure? Could I get HIV in such a situation? SHould I get tested?

I am extremely worried because I know this woman had several partners, slept around a lot.
What is your opinion? I know that there is a big chance that she did not have HIV from the get go...but...I am very afraid, I was stupid of me to interact with her, having that cut. Any opinion is valuable.
Tnx

It would take a large laceration that wasn't sutured to even begin to be a slim risk.

Thank you for your response. But if I can bug you with only one other thing. How is it possible that I was not at risk when I had a cut that was not completely healed? It was not protected by the condom, vaginal fluids could have easy gotten in contact with that area (they probably did). Please if you could give me a small explanation. Sorry to be such a pest, but I am really freaking out.

At no time were you at risk of contracting HIV.
