HIV concerns about symptoms

HIV risk was low, but I have concerns about all of the things that have happened in the last 10 weeks.
1 day after protected sexual contact with a female sex worker, developed bruising and burning on head of penis,
day 3 broke out with herpes lesions on buttocks.
day 1 -14 discomfort in genital region and frequent trips to bathroom.
day 14 diagnosed with enlarged prostate, tested for herpes, syphallis, gonorea, clamydia, and herpes. Herpes positive, all others negative.
day 21 broke out with about 8 lesions on forhead characteristic of sebaceous hyperplasia
day 33 - 36 mild fevers coming and going along with mild sore throat coming and going
day 38 retested for STD's, HIV negeative with antigen 1 and 2 test.
day 39 - 40 mild burning in palms and soles of the feet, legs numb and tingling while trying to sleep. Sleep restless with only getting 4 -5 hrs before waking up and un able to sleep.
around day 50 had the sebaceous hyperplasia, zapped with liquid nitrogen.
day 55 slight red rash appears on upper chest, neck below the shaving line, and around the cheeks and nose.
Rash accompanied by a few 1-2 mm bumps on the chest along with a few along the bottom of the shaving line on my neck. Also broke out with pinhead flesh colored bumps on forhead and along the hair line, 1-2 mm bumps appeared on scalp and back of neck along hair line.
day 70 now and the bumps are gone on the forehead, most are gone on the chest and a few still remain on my neck.
I have a slight sore throat, cough, runny nose the last 3 - 4 days but attribute that to just a plain cold. No fevers since the mild ones around day 35.
Will be getting re tested at the 12 week mark, still concerned, still having some stress over the thoughts.
Any possibility I could have picked up HIV along with the herpes and be going through early symptoms?
Or are most of my symptoms most likely stress related?

a test at 3 months is reliable and conclusive.  this has been the guideline since 2004.

the only ppl who might need to test out further are those with a SEVERELY compromised immune system.   this would include ppl on chemotherapy, on anti-rejection drugs and CHRONIC - LONGTERM iv drug users.

Is the HIV window period 3 months or 6 months ? and for whom is it 6 months ?
I tested negative 4 times using CMIA fourth generation tests and immunochromatography at 7-8.5 months post exposure.Is this reliable and fully conclusive ?
I also ordered a pcr proviral dna testing yesterday and the results are out in another 10 days.

Concerned that coming in contact with the body fluid that started the herpes may have also had hiv infected vaginal fluid or blood that I could have also come in contact with as a result of her herpes.
I will be getting re tested in 2 weeks for re assurance. Maybe that will allow me to get rid of the anxiety.

I have seen some hundreds of posters around here, who've complained about all the symptoms the book read but finally running around with their negative results singing the merry song. Understand this, the mind is very powerful and can do a lot of stuff to your body especially when it is conditioning to the fact that you are speculating HIV and closely monitoring your body every second.

Once again, I will only tell you that your symptoms are a result of anxiety and had no relation to HIV.

Thanks for the reassurance, was concerned about possibly coming in contact with hiv virus from body fluids before putting on the condom and after removing. I know the risk is practically non existant, but with all of the health issues that have popped up over the last 2 1/2 months, a guy does get concerned.
Especially since this rash recently appeared on the neck and the chest.
I am sure most of it is stress or a reaction to cryotherapy on the sebaceous hyperplasia on the forehead and cheeks that had.

You had protected sex and the cause of your discomfort is not HIV. Condoms are safe and for your symptoms, please follow up with your doctor, they are not HIV related.
