Unprotected sex without precum

Hello. My boyfriend, for physiological reasons, absolutely no separation precum. Does this mean that unprotected sexual intercourse with him will be safe if he doesn't ejaculate inside me?

why dont you both just get tested for stds before you have sex? so you dont have to worry about it.

Why? HIV infection occurs through contact of mucous membranes with infected body fluids. In this case, contact with infected fluid is absent, isn't it? Can be infected in this case is somehow different? Can be infected in this case is somehow different? Thank you, Teak.

No that does not mean you will not contact HIV.
