I did some research on my country's government health web site and I've found out that they recommend the test for HIV to be made after 60 days (Brazil). It also says that cases where a test will give a false-negative after this time is extremely rare, and mainly happen when the person already has some immunologic problem. It is also said that a test within 45 days will have 99,99% accuracy.
Also, I've found out the following guidelines concerning for Hepatitis B and C window period:
Hepatits B: 30-60 days.
Hepatits C: 49-70 days.
Since Hepatits C is not really an STD I don't need to worry much about it.
Finnaly, since my immune system has allways been very good (I generally get, at most, a cold once every two years and it doesn't last more than three days) I'm confident that I would develop anti-bodyes within the lowest window period.
Given all that I won't worry anymore.
Thanks for help.
3 Months post-exposure is conclusive.
