HIV exposure with fingering/rimming and cut/blood

Hello, I had sex with two guys last Thursday night. I put two fingers in the anus of one of them (who, I am almost sure, is HIV+), practiced rimming and kissed his balls and his underwear (both were wet, not sure it it was because of water, gel or of pre-cum though the two first ones seem more evident). This guy cleaned his anus and his genitals before we had sex, so I thought it was not too risky. However, the second guy penetrated him later and saw blood on this penis. I don't think that I saw blood when I penetrated him with my fingers.
But then while looking at one of the fingers I use to "penetrate" him, I saw a little cut, like the ones we have when we cut ourself with paper. It was not red or bleeding neither deep at this moment, but a few hours later the cut started being red.
I went to the clinic on Friday and started my Pep treatment 14 hours after this exposure... I'm really devastated and feel really stupid.
What are the risks considering what I did (fingering, rimming, little cut...)? Is Pep relevant in my case? And considering that I used the same hand to touch myself, I wanted to know, would the virus have died with air contact before touching myself?
I have been prescribed Truvada and Isentress.
And last question about the treatment. I started to take the pills at 4pm on Friday, and because it says that I have to take Isentress every 12 hours without changing my schedule, I am currently taking one pill at 4pm (along with Truvada) and the second one 12 hours later at 4am... It's a pretty hard schedule but I am afraid to change it and to lost the effectiveness of the treatment. Should I keep it? I have to wake up every night at 4am...
Many thanks for your answers!

Hi,
You are not exposed to any risk of hiv transmission for the incidents you describe.
HIV can be transmitted via unprotected vaginal or/and anal penetration, sharing IV works in drugs and from mother to child
Take care
