HIV from feces - ARS?

Dear Doctors, I am writing to you from Italy so I am sorry for my bad English.
I'm really worried, I'm having a difficult time at moment. I am a married man who has never had risky sex situations until now.
23 days ago I went to a prostitute who made me a body to body massage, we were both naked. At a certain point, she asked me if I wanted to have an intercourse with her and I refused. I want to clarify that during this massage we rubbed our bodies but with no genital to genital contact (only skin to skin contact). I know I should be fine regarding HIV with massage.
The thing that worries me is that for a minute I put my finger into the anus of the girl and while she was massage the other arm, I removed my finger and immediately (after one second) I scratched vigorously under the neck where I suffer from pimples and very irritated skin. Hearing a bad smell we stopped and she told me to go to the bathroom to clean myself because I was a little bit dirty with her own feces, right in the place where I had scratched my irritated skin.
At the beginning I was not worried but now yes: after 16/18 days I had very high fever, dry cough, headache and labial herpes in the same time. I know that feces alone did not transmit HIV, but what if there was same blood; the contact between my skin and feces lasted 4/5 minutes I think.
Thank you very much for your reply.
Best Regards.
Luca

The HIV virus is not found in feces, unless it contains blood.  There is no way in which this encounter would have placed you at risk.

Dera Teak, thank you very much for your answer. You have been very kind.
I know that HIV can not live outside of a human body, but I also know - if I'm not mistaken - that does not die immediately but only after a few minutes.
If I were sitting on a dirty (with stool) toilet I would not be concerned.
What bothers me is the fact that I scratched my neck very strong and my skin was very irritated after just one second. Is it possible that in one second the virus dies inside the feces (if blood were present)? Thank you again. Bye bye.

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions; therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

HIV is transmitted by;
Unprotected penetrative anal and/or vaginal sex
Sharing works with other IV drug users
Mother to child
