HIV from menstrual blood
what is the risk of getting HIV from non penetrative rubbing of head of penis around vaginal area when the femaile is menstruating ? I noticed that I had some blood dark in colour under my foreskin when i went for a pee after this happened I straight away washed in basin and had a shower washing area carefully letting water run in to the eye of penis area to wash all possible areas ! what are the chances from this exposure if the female had HIV ? I am of course uncertain of thier HIV status please help.
