HIV from open wound

Hello,

I was at a strip club in Canada and during a lap dance, the girl inserted her finger in her anus for 5 to 10 seconds. Then she removed it an she touched my legs (on the calf) where I had an open wound

I am worried about HIV. I could not see if he had blood on her finger. What is the risk of getting HIV when she immediately touched the finger which she had put in her anus on my wound.

Very worried.

Go back and re-read his initial response, it was clearly explained " The virus is very fragile so only direct inoculation inside the body will transmit it."

Once the virus comes in contact with the external environment, it becomes inactive and it's ability to infect or relicate is eliminated. Hence, no risk. Please move on.

I read at many places that HIV can be transmitted via open wounds. If so, would that apply to incident.

Please help.

Not a chance. The conditions for infection are not present in such a scenario. The virus is very fragile so only direct inoculation inside the body will transmit it.
