HIV from small peel?

A couple months ago i went on vacation and ended up having intercourse with someone. However 1-2, maybe 3 days prior to that, i realized I had a small cut on the front side of my penis, about 1/2 an inch below the head. The cut was more like a peel and wasnt deep at all or even bleeding. Im not sure if this was healed when i had intercourse though. My concern is that after having sex and taking off the condom that some of the vaginal fluid may have touched the peel (or cut) if it was present or not. Or if i accidentally had some fluid rubbed on my hand and touched the peel by mistake. Ive had some symptoms like an itchy throat with mucus for over 2 months now, but i just want some response to ease my mind down. I also have allergies so i dont know if thats why i have an itchy throat. Is an itchy throat even a symptom of hiv? anyways any response would be helpful.

You can't get HIV when you use a condom so you are so safe that you don't need to test. Only the head needs protection - besides that factor, the condom would have fallen off if anything could get under it all the way up where you had your cut, but that is immaterial anyway because that part of your penis doesn't need protection.

HIV is instantly inactivated in air, so only sex risks are unprotected penetrating vaginal or anal. HIV science is 40 years old and well proven, so nothing you can add will make your situation a risk for HIV
As you mentioned you have allergies so that is likely the problem with your symptoms but only your doctor can do a proper diagnosis - it can't be HIV though.

Thanks for answering. Just to clarify, the opening of the penis is the only part that needs protection correct? The cut was just 0.5 inches under that (if it were still present).

Doesn't matter. The insight offered to you was precise and to reiterate, as long as your urethra was protected you were safe. HIV is not your problem here.
