Pain Lymph node and Dry Mouth

Dear Doctor,
I have protected sex (with condom) with a prostitute on 3Oct13, and my mouth produce lot saliva and pain on saliva gland started on 7/8th day which recovered now, but pain on left neck cervical lymph node now.  Have dry mouth and throat too started 10th day. Have 4 diarrhea incidents so far. No other symptom, e.g. fever, sore throat and etc.

I recall that when intercourse with the prostitute (i am on top and she below), i hear that there was a pop sound, but remember i have seen the condom not broken at the middle but not sure the front of condom.  Find out the prostitute had early hiv symptom in Jun4, i.e. high fever, sorethroat and etc but she does not her hiv status.

Base on my above health conditions, is that potential already infected by hiv.

Just knowing that infected person can get pre exposure medicine within 72hours to cure hiv, but i have missed the timing thus would like to check whether there is any different if i get treatment on 13th or 14th day which is different by 1day, assuming if i infected by hiv? And what is the recommended medicine for initial stage.

If i am not wrong, the average life span from initial stage is 10yra if i start treatment from now right?

Hi,
I have did Elisa combo test antigen and antibody at 2nd, 3rd and 5th week.
All result negative.  Is that a good indicator that not infected by HIV?  

Is that a need to test at 6th week and 12th week?

condom failure is CATASTROPHIC...not something that you have to guess about.

My answer is not going to change. You clearly are able to see a broken condom no matter where it happens.

I say middle of condom not broken.  But i am not sure about the front of condom.  Google search findout that need to use water to check whether there is any hole.  But i did not check that.

Do you mind to share why?  Especially i suspect the prostitute been infected  by hiv eventhough she mentioned her fever recove in jus 2 or 3 days after normal fever injection.
