HIV is difficult to transmit?

Theoretically HIV is hard to transmit even for high risk behavior such as anal sex wich is 3% and unporotected vaginal would be around 1/1000, but how come new cases all over the worl are increasing? is there a difference between the theoreticall aspect vs what is really out there ...

Statistics will never tell you anything about your status. Using condoms correctly and consistently will protect you from contracting HIV statistics won't.
