Does hiv spread when blood come in touch with penis tip
Hello Dr,
I have always had protected sex and this time also had protected sex with one of the escort .But in between sex while changing position I noticed one blood spot on her inner thigh side.I got panicked so refused to have further sex..She insisted that’s blood not from her vagina and she wiped that blood with her hand .She even took tissue and clean her vagina to show me that there is no blood from her vagina.But at last she gave me handjob with same hand with which she touched the blood..So I’m I at any risk ,please help to answer ..

You had no risk so are safe and do not need to test. You didn't do any of the 3 ONLY ways to get HIV listed below - it is a fragile virus so only has 3 ways it can infect.
HIV is instantly inactivated in air and also in saliva which means it is effectively dead so it can't infect from touching, external rubbing or oral activities. It doesn't matter if you and they were actively bleeding or had cuts at the time either because the HIV is effectively dead.
Only 3 adult risks are the following:
1. unprotected penetrating vaginal
2. unprotected penetrating anal sex
