Can Urine transmit any infectious diseases or viruses?

Hello,
All of our toilets in the building were unable to flush due to a backup, and there was previous urine still in the toilet. After doing my business, when i reached back to wipe myself, the toilet water level was high enough to where I unknowingly wet the toilet paper that I used to wipe. Once I felt the wetness, I immediately washed with soap and water. Am I at risk for any viruses, STDs, or HIV? Please advise. Thank you!

There is not a single documented case of hiv where someone was known to have got the virus through urine . Better stop worrying now.
