HIV risk? Unprotected oral sex

I'm a heterosexual 26yrs old female. I had been tested for STDs in Dec 2013 and HIV (with oraquick kit) in May 2014.  Both tests were negative. However, i have been engaging with a new male partner since 03/2014. We always used condom during vaginal intercourses. I had sex with him for about 8 times now and we would always give each other unprotected oral sex. I've never noticed anything suspicious on his genital and during fellatio, he has never ejaculate in my mouth. The last time i had sex with him was last week, we did unprotected fingering, cunninglingus, and protected vaginal penetration. I did not give him a BJ at this time. But i just noticed a white patch on my left tonsil yesterday with some soreness when swallowing. The soreness is actually becoming more settle today as i woke up but it still have me worried to death.  My question is what is my chances of getting HIV or other STDs in this situation? What's the percentage of contacting HIV by performing unprotected oral sex (giving and receiving but never ejaculate in the mouth)? Should i get tested for HIV? I have never had any stds before. I have very high anxiety and OCD so i would like to know if i should be too worry about this situation because i know i'd have to wait  another 3 months to get an accurate HIV home testing.

If he ejaculated in your mouth, would there be a higher risk?
