The only risks for HIV in adults are:
1) Having unprotected anal or vaginal sex, or
2) sharing intravenous needles with IV drug users.
Nothing else you can think of, including the situation you described, would put you at risk for HIV. I don't know where you read that a bite is a risk for HIV, but it is not. There are anecdotal reports, but no clinical confirmation that infections have occurred from bites. Your skin didn't even break.
Put this event behind you and move on with your life. You do not have HIV.
