Risk of having HIV???

So I'm 19 years old, I had unprotected vaginal sex with a girl I worked with on 3 occasions, the last one being September 27th, a week after the last encounter I tested positive for strep and that had me worried that I had HIV, then shortly after I was diagnosed with epididymtis but was told that it was caused by E.Coli and not an STD because they tested my urine, I started to get really worried and still have trouble sleeping to this day, I've taken 3 Ora-Quick saliva tests, one at 4 weeks since the encounter, another one at 8 weeks and just recently took another one at 13 weeks, and all 3 came back negative, should I still be worried? Or was the strep and epididymtis just a coincidence and am I being paranoid for no reason? Any response would be amazing, still up at night freaking out

Your 13 week test is a conclusive negative provided you had no other risks in that 13 week period.
