i am a gay male with transmission questions

1. I kissed a guy probably about 5 times on the lips consecutively for less than a minute.....I had a little bit of tongue and spit swapping......he said he was neg.....but had lots of rashes on his hand that I later saw....I know this might be a stupid assumption....but if he did have the virus, is this some way of transmitting?

2. another scenario was with a guy who I met at the park.....he unbuttoned my pants and started grabbing my butt with both of his hands......he then pulled down my underwear and pulled down his pants but not his underwear and began rubbing it on my buttocks...don't think it was wet with any precum...lasted about 10mins....what if it was and I didn't feel it?

your help is appreciated.

That in ITSELF is safe, but just be aware that that sort of thing can escalate to unprotected sex.

so it is safe if I decide to have a guy rub his penis without protection on my buttocks?
