broken acne touched blood.Is it possible for me to get HIV?

Dear Doctor, thank you for your great job.I have one question about broken acne touched other's blood 's hiv risk.

Question:
I have a broken acne on my face.At that time,there was a little blood and Pus come out of  my acne.When I ride the bike, the other a passer-by spit sputum with blood, splashed on my broken and bleeding acne.Is it possible for me to get HIV?

So someone just happen to spit and you know if has blood in it and just happen to hit you in the face right where you had acne? Not only is this far fetched it is not a risk.

Thank you for your replay.Maybe this is far fetched.But after I wipe with a Facial tissue, I saw the blood on it. I'm not sure if this is my own blood. Maybe the blood was contained in his sputum.So I worried about this.
