HIV risk?And blocking drugs?
Hi Dr,I had unprotected sex with a gay three days ago.But atually,he did not totally penetrate me,just penetrated half of his balanus with less than 30 seconds,and then I pull him out,no cum no blooding.Before his penis penetrate me,he sucked my anus and penetrate me with his finger for minutes.
I am worried about his precum and maybe the penetration cause tiny wound in my anus.It's the first time I tried to be bottom.And yesterday I terribly find haemorrhoids around my anus.So,I got the medicine Truvada,and took one piece at 52 hours after the sex.But,I don't want to take the Truvada for 28 days.Please help me,how risky about my situation?and should I insist to take the Truvada?Thanks a lot!

i had been to clinics,but the Dr said it is low risk and did not need to PEP.I have no idea.
