around 2 years ago I had unprotected one time sex with a lady from uk. For the past year I have had swollen groin nodes and a recuring flat blood spot rash on my arms. Does this sound like possible HIV?

you need to test to find out..symptoms vary with individuals...some people dont even have symptoms so symptoms are NEVER used to diagnose hiv
