HIV symptom Herpes zoster / Shingles ? Unprotected sex for one minute.

Hi,
   I am really worrying now.  I have ringworm problem on my inner thigh for years.  I had protected sex with a girl with unknown HIV status when she was having period last October.  Can I be infect if her blood touch my inner thigh ringworm area?  
    After a week, when her period ended,  I had an unprotected intercourse with her for around one minute.  Why I am worrying like sick because after about a week or two,  I have a rash on my left leg (around 4cm in diameter) for about a week.  The rash goes away in a week.  After a week, I have another rash pop up on my right leg (about 3cm in diameter).  This time I also have lymph node on my right ear.  After a few days my left neck has a swollen gland on my left neck. It goes away after weeks.  During this period of time, I have a few lymph nodes under my jaw at different time.  Also I have few slightly pain under my arm pit, also my chest and leg.  
    It's been about 10 months from the incident.  I had this Herpes zoster/ Shingles on my back and waist.  That makes me really panic, because I heard Herpes zoster normally shows up after age of 50 or people who have problem on the immune system.  I am totally freak out now.

You can get shingles anytime as long as you have had chicken pox.

     Thanks for your quick reply.  My only concern is the unprotected sex for around a minute (before I put my condom).   Am I at high risk if the girl has HIV?  Regarding he shingles problem.  Can someone got HIV infected has shingle after 10 months (cause by the weaken immune system from the HIV)?

HIV is unable to reproduce outside its living host (unlike many bacteria or fungi, which may do so under suitable conditions), except under laboratory conditions, therefore, it does not spread or maintain infectiousness outside its host.

   Thanks for your reply.   For the ringworm on my thigh, I got reply saying that it should not be concern, because when the virvus leave the body, it became very fragile and could not survive in the air.  Is this statement true?  Anyway, I have been told that the unprotected sex under one minute (before I wear my condom) does put me at risk, but risk is low since the tiem is brief.  Is it true?   I feel panic because I never have any shingle for the past 32 years.  How coincident to have it right now?  I don;t smoke, I have 5 to 6 hours sleep per day at least.  My work don't have any pressure or stress at all.  The shingle just like pop up for no reason.  I heard the majority who has shingles are age over 50 or someone who has problem on the immune system.  That's why I am concern.

Hi, I have the exact same worry as you. I had unprotected sex which puts me at risk of HIV and have now developed shingles at 19, just over 12 months form the incident, but from doing research I've found out that Herpes Zoster can appear in anyone (though it is a lot more common in the elderly and people with weakened immune systems) - it can be caused by stress, poor eating and sleep habits - or so I have gathered (Im not a doctor) - I've read cases where people have developed shingles at young ages randomly and theyve been HIV negative.

Anyway - you NEED to get tested because you had unprotected sex and I have no idea about the question you ask regarding blood/ringworm! Hope that helps!
